We'll train the right candidate to succeed.Available Shift:1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm OR2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 3:00am.15% shift differential for 2nd shiftKey ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) to perform machining operations such as drilling, tapping, boring, and milling.Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to perform machining operations such as drilling, tapping, boring, and millingLoad raw materials and monitor machine performance during operation.Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications.Adjust offsets, tooling, and machine settings to maintain part quality and tolerances.Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).Troubleshoot machine issues and make minor adjustments to ensure continuous production.Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED (technical training preferred).Candidates with any level of CNC machining experience (including HMC) are encouraged to apply.
