Are you looking for a CNC machining opportunity with competitive pay and a four-day workweek? Magnus is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Fremont, Nebraska!

In this role, you’ll operate CNC machinery to manufacture quality components, monitor production processes, and ensure parts meet specifications. If you have manufacturing experience, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in producing quality products, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Equipment: Set up and operate CNC machines according to work instructions, production schedules, and established procedures.
• Monitor Production: Observe machine operation, identify irregularities, and make appropriate adjustments within established guidelines.
• Inspect Parts: Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure finished products meet quality specifications.
• Read Technical Documents: Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production drawings to manufacture parts accurately.
• Maintain Quality: Identify defects, report quality concerns, and help prevent nonconforming products from moving through production.
• Perform Routine Maintenance: Complete basic machine care, maintain a clean work area, and report equipment issues.
• Follow Safety Procedures: Operate equipment safely and comply with company policies and manufacturing standards.
• Support Production Goals: Work with teammates and supervisors to meet production requirements while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• Previous CNC machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical work instructions is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to complete production documentation.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• A strong commitment to attendance, safety, and quality.
