CNC Machine OperatorFull-time Erlanger, KY Exclusive confidential search — details shared with qualified applicants.Become a Key Player as a CNC Machine OperatorYou will keep production moving by setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC mills, lathes, and mill-turn centers. Your work directly affects part quality, on-time delivery, and collaboration with engineering and production teams. This is an onsite role covering 2nd or 3rd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM or 11:00 PM–7:30 AM); please note preferred shift on your resume.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamEdit, set up, operate, and perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines and production support equipmentRead manufacturing prints and machine drawings to ensure correct tooling, fixturing, offsets, and process parametersLoad and vet NC programs, adjust offset tables, and maintain/replace cutting toolsProgram pre-setters and shrink-fit equipment; set tool life parameters and understand macro programming/subroutinesMeasure and record in-process QA data, perform calibration checks, and electronically document production dataOperate material handling equipment (hoists, cranes, tow motors) and move material to enable production flowTrain and assist less-skilled machinists and operators; communicate with engineering to resolve program or process issuesPerform 1st-piece prove outs and ensure workholding alignment using indicators, micrometers, and calipersMaintain 6S/housekeeping standards and use required PPE; be available for overtime as neededHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleHigh school diploma or GED2–4 years of experience working with CNC machines (mills, lathes, mill-turn)Ability to read blueprints, prints, and process specificationsPractical experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges) and tool setting equipmentWorking knowledge of CNC controls and software (Fanuc, Haas, Mazatrol, Fagor, Siemens referenced)Understanding of work offsets, tool offset parameters, GD&T fundamentals, and CAD-CAM conceptsStrong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently or in teamsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift/push up to 50 pounds regularlyHere's What Else Might Help You OutExperience training others and documenting processesFamiliarity with presetters, shrink-fit tooling, and advanced CNC programming techniquesPay Range$29.65 - $37.06/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
