If you have CNC machining experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a global manufacturing leader, we’d love to hear from you!1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM$32.80/hourAs a CNC Machine Operator I, you will operate CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, boring machines, and grinders to machine metal and non-metal workpieces. You’ll read blueprints and job orders, load and unload parts into fixtures, start automatic machine cycles, adjust CNC offsets as needed, and perform precision measurements and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
You’ll also complete hourly production, quality, and safety checks, identify quality issues, follow all safety procedures, and communicate effectively with your Team Lead.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year of CNC machining or manufacturing experienceAbility to read blueprints and work instructionsStrong math skills, including fractions and decimalsBasic computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skillsWillingness to learn and work in a team environmentThis position requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching throughout the shift. Candidates must be able to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 33 pounds occasionally.
