CNC Machine OperatorOur client in Clare, MI, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Clare, MIPay Range: $24Shift: 2nd Shift - 4 pm to 12 am 3rd Shift - 10 pm to 6 am (Sunday night start) overtime is scheduled prior to shift start time and can be heavy, including SaturdaysWhat's the Job?Operate and perform set-ups on manual and CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and presses.Manage multiple CNC machines simultaneously, ensuring efficient production flow.Create and monitor toolpath strategies using Inventor CAM software for 2.5 to 5-axis milling and mill-turn operations.Perform quality checks, complete shop work orders, and document inspection results.Conduct daily maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues independently.What's Needed?High school diploma or GED.
REQUIREDAt least 3 years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
