CNC Machine OperatorA well-established company in Evendale, OH is hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator. First Shift Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm $27 per hour The Machinist/Machining Center Operator will operate a variety of Haas Mills, Haas Lathes, Bridgeport type mills, and other "manual" machine centers (Drill press, band saw, etc.). The ideal candidate:Can identify common raw materials, proper tooling and work-holding devicesIs competent with typical measuring equipment (micrometers, dial calipers, indicators, and edge finders).Must be able to read, follow and understand blueprints, methods and procedural instructions.
Responsible for machining parts to print and checking own work.Familiar with Haas controls and G & M codes.Follow set-up sheet instructions, set tool lengths and work offsets, familiar with "A" axis also a plus.Required to check parts to print and adjust tool offsets as required.Familiar with GibbsCam programming a plus.Must be able to stand for long periods in a fast paced shop environment.Regularly required to stand, bend and reach.
