Job Summary
Looking to grow your career in precision manufacturing? We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join a growing team. Responsibilities include:
- Machine steel parts and rail according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Use digital calipers to ensure accuracy
- Comply with all safety procedures
- Operate overhead cranes
Location :Alorton, IL
Position type :Full Time, Evaluation Hire
Shift :Monday-Friday, 6am-4:30pm or 4pm-2:30am
Pay :$22/hr ($1 increase after 90 days and an additional $1 increase after 1 year)

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months machine operator experience, CNC Machine experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to read and write legibly and complete production reports with accuracy
- Ability to read and use tape measure
- Strong attention to detail with ability to inspect rail using measuring devices
- Must be quality oriented and a team player
- Complete understanding of safe work practices
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable standing for majority of the shift, kneel, squat and climb step multiple times
- Ability to hear and see parts as they are machined, looking/listening for deficiencies
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and nonverbally
- Follow all safety procedures, policies and PPE requirements
