CNC Machine OperatorLocation: Monroe, NC Pay: $26.50+/hour DOE Job Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PMPosition OverviewM Force Partners is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Monroe, NC. This CNC Machine Operator role is responsible for operating CNC equipment, fabricating precision aluminum components, performing machine adjustments, and ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards.The ideal CNC Machine Operator will have experience operating CNC equipment, reading blueprints, making tooling and offset adjustments, and maintaining production and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machinery and execute pre-programmed machining operationsRead and interpret blueprints, shop orders, layouts, and work instructionsSelect proper materials and quantities for production ordersFabricate precision parts to required dimensions and tolerancesPerform tooling changes, measure tooling, and make machine offsets as neededInspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are metPerform deburring and finishing operations on completed componentsUtilize calipers, gauges, and precision measuring equipment to verify dimensionsMeet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and qualityMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaSupport company safety initiatives and follow all established safety proceduresRequired QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator, CNC Machinist, or CNC Setup OperatorExperience operating CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environmentAbility to read blueprints, technical drawings, and process documentationExperience using calipers, gauges, measuring equipment, and hand toolsAbility to perform machine offsets and tooling adjustmentsBasic computer skillsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to work independently while maintaining production and quality standardsPreferred QualificationsExperience with aluminum fabrication or architectural productsCNC setup and troubleshooting experienceExperience in a high-volume manufacturing environmentJob presented by M Force PartnersM Force Partners is a specialized recruitment partner connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations.
