You will play an important role in producing high-quality components while working with modern CNC turning equipment in a team-focused manufacturing environment.Programming & Process DevelopmentCreate, edit, and optimize CNC lathe programs using G-code and CAM software such as Esprit or Fusion 360Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T requirementsImprove existing programs to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve machining processesCNC Setup & OperationPerform complete CNC lathe setups including tooling, offsets, and workholdingOperate CNC lathes including Mazak, DMG Mori, and Doosan equipmentMonitor machining operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and consistencyTroubleshoot machining issues related to tooling, materials, and machine performanceQuality & DocumentationInspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring equipmentEnsure parts meet required specifications and tolerancesMaintain setup sheets, tooling documentation, and production recordsTeam CollaborationWork closely with engineering, quality, and production teamsProvide technical support and share machining knowledge with other team membersContribute ideas for continuous improvement and process optimization
