This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $28-$35/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Machinist and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Program, set up, and operate multi-turn CNC lathe machinesSelect and install correct machining parameters and control settingsRegulate variable factors during the manufacturing processRead and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and technical specificationsEstablish tooling requirements, setup procedures, and operational sequencesPerform first-article and in-process inspectionsUtilize precision measurement equipment and OGP inspection programs for valvesDiagnose and troubleshoot production issues to maintain quality and efficiencyMaintain quality workmanship while adhering to all safety standardsRequirements:Proven ability to program, set up, and operate multi-turn CNC lathe machinesProficiency with precision measurement equipmentExperience using OGP inspection programsStrong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and planning sheetsWorking knowledge of basic algebra and geometryStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a teamBe Safe from fraud!
