CNC Lathe MachinistNOT A BUTTON-PUSHING CNC JOB.You see a print. You see the setup. You know what needs to happen.We need a CNC Lathe Machinist who likes difficult work—the kind involving custom parts, tight tolerances, challenging setups, and real problem-solving.This role is for the machinist who would rather make a complex, precision component than spend every shift running the same production part.YOUR SHIFT, IN A FEW WORDSSet it up. Dial it in. Measure it.

Make it right.WHAT YOU'LL OWN? CNC horizontal-lathe setup and operation ? Tooling selection, workholding, offsets, feeds, and speeds ? Blueprint interpretation, GD&T, and tight tolerances ? Basic program edits and on-the-fly machine adjustments ?

In-process and final inspection ? Solving tooling, dimensional, and machining issues before they become scrapTHE WORKNot high-volume. Not repetitive. Not "load, unload, repeat."You'll machine precision steel and industrial-metal components in a low-volume, high-mix environment.
