With steady work and a growing customer base, we provide long-term stability without the corporate feel.Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist who can take a part from print to completion.

This role requires someone who can set up, operate, and program at the machine in a fast-paced job shop environment. If you enjoy working on a variety of custom parts rather than repetitive production work, this is a great opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision partsProgram and edit programs at the machine (G-code or conversational)Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsPerform first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gaugesMake adjustments to ensure parts meet tight tolerancesTroubleshoot machining issues and improve efficiencyMaintain a clean and organized work areaQualificationsRequired: CNC Lathe experience in a job shop environmentAbility to set up, operate, and program at the machineExperience reading blueprints and working with tight tolerancesStrong understanding of machining processes and toolingPreferred:Experience with Mazak lathes / Mazatrol programmingWhy Join Us?1st shift schedule – no nights or weekendsLaid-back, comfortable work environmentSmall team where you're not just a numberVariety of custom work (no boring production runs)Stable, long-term opportunity with a growing company
