You'll be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC lathe machines to meet high-quality standards. Working with close tolerances, you'll ensure every part produced meets print specifications and reflects the craftsmanship Master Machining is known for.Your Responsibilities:Program, set up, and operate various CNC lathe machinesVerify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring instrumentsRead and interpret blueprints, job tickets, and production drawingsPerform regular machine maintenance and tool adjustmentsLoad and indicate parts to fixtures with precisionMonitor tool wear, replace inserts, and adjust programs as neededCollaborate with your team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistencyWhat We're Looking For:3–5 years of CNC lathe machining experienceProficient in G-code programming and machine setupStrong understanding of blueprint reading and measurement toolsAbility to work within tight tolerances and maintain quality standardsExcellent work ethic and attention to detailReliable, self-motivated, and team-orientedWillingness to work overtime or Saturdays as neededExperience handling both large and small components
