In this role, you will play a key part in operating and maintaining CNC lathe machines, contributing to efficient and high-quality production.Schedule1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PMQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required1–3 years of CNC machining experience preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprintsStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKey ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC lathe machines according to specificationsMeasure and inspect parts using work instructions, drawings, and blueprintsManage multiple jobs and priorities efficientlyPerform routine preventative maintenance on machinesSupport continuous improvement initiativesMaintain strict quality and safety standardsPreferred SkillsExperience with GibbsCAM or Mastercam programmingFamiliarity with metals and alloysBackground in quality inspectionKnowledge of LEAN manufacturing principlesExperience with manual milling, lathes, or grindersPhysical RequirementsLift up to 25 lbs unassistedStand for extended periodsPerform repetitive motions, as well as bending and maneuvering in tight spacesITAR RequirementApplicants must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or otherwise eligible to obtain required U.S.
