Bonus eligibility and amount are determined during the hiring processYour RoleAs the CNC Lathe Lead / Foreman Machinist, you'll oversee a small team of machinists on 2nd shift, ensuring production goals, quality standards, and training expectations are consistently met.
You'll serve as both a skilled hands-on machinist and a mentor who drives precision, safety, and efficiency on the shop floor.Your Responsibilities:Program, set up, and operate CNC lathe machinesSupervise and support machinists in daily production tasksVerify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring toolsRead and interpret blueprints, job tickets, and technical drawingsEnsure all parts meet print specifications and quality standardsPerform regular machine maintenance and tool adjustmentsManage workflow priorities and communicate with leadership to meet deadlinesTrain and mentor junior machinists to uphold Master Machining standardsWhat We're Looking For:3–5 years of CNC lathe machining experienceProven experience leading or supervising others in a machining environmentStrong understanding of G-code programming and machine setupAbility to work within tight tolerances and high precision standardsSkilled at reading blueprints and using measuring equipmentExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsReliable, self-motivated, and dedicated to continuous improvementWillingness to work overtime or Saturdays as neededReady to take your machining career to the next level?
