Must be open to overtime on Thursday or MondayRequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience operating laser equipmentExperience operating TruLaser (Fiber/CO?) machines preferredExperience with laser or plasma machinesGood manual dexterity and mechanical aptitudeAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and routersBasic math skillsAbility to plan operation sequences and maintain precisionAbility to adjust the laser beam focal point and machine setupStrong attention to detail and ability to continuously monitor machinesReliable and willing to work overtime as neededResponsibilitiesOperate CNC laser machines to accurately cut metal partsReview blueprints and job specifications before productionSet up and adjust laser equipment as neededMonitor machine performance and product qualityComplete assignments accurately and on timeMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety and quality procedures
