Our Stow, Ohio facility is growing, and we are looking for experienced CNC Laser Operators to join our team.What You'll DoSet up and operate Amada CNC laser cutting machinesProcess parts according to blueprints, prints, and production requirementsPerform machine setup including program retrieval, nozzle selection, and proper gas setupRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and material specificationsUse calipers, tape measures, and inspection equipment to verify tolerances and quality standardsOperate overhead cranes and handle raw materials safelyMaintain quality, accuracy, and production efficiency standardsFollow all safety and material handling proceduresWhat We're Looking ForMinimum of 3 years of CNC laser operation experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least 18 years oldStrong understanding of metal fabrication concepts and processesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and production routingsAbility to use measuring and inspection equipment accuratelyBasic computer skills in a Windows based environmentStrong attention to detail and problem solving skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job dutiesWhy SPIROL?At SPIROL, people matter.
