CNC Laser Cutting Machine OperatorFull-timePay $20.13Cleveland, OHWe're looking for an experienced CNC Laser Machine Operator to set up, run, and troubleshoot laser cutting machine used in sheet metal fabrication.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, adjust, and troubleshoot CNC laser cutting machines (Trumpf, Mitsubishi, or similar).Perform changeovers and ensure correct lenses, programs, and parameters.Conduct visual and measured quality inspections.Record and report machine or quality issues.Identify metal types and understand shielded gasses used in laser cutting.Package finished parts and prepare shipments.Operate forklift, tow motor, hoist/crane, pallet jack, and related equipment.Assist other departments and support special projects as needed.Requirements2+ years experience with CNC laser setup, operation, and programming.Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, micrometers, etc.).Experience with metal forming/finishing equipment.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
