CNC Horizontal Mill MachinistsA machining company is offering an immediate, full-time position for a CNC Horizontal Mill Machinists who will be responsible for handling, loading, and machining heavy production materials to customer or in-house requirements and perform regular preventative maintenance and occasional repair on facility machinery. This is a second shifts opportunity; however, training will be performed on first shift 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.Responsibilities:Machine heavy production materials to print requirementsSelect and properly use a wide variety of tooling to manufacture to print tolerancesSelect or modify cutting parameters to suit various applicationsPerform preventative maintenance and repair on equipment as necessaryAssist in troubleshooting and repairing facility machineryEdit or occasionally program CNC controlsComplete daily maintenance and repairs and record action on logsMaintain and secure work tools and work areaProvide on-the-job training to new employeesPerform other duties as required
