Qualified to Setup and Operate Horizontal Machining Centers manufactured by Mori Seiki and Enshu.

Machining metallic and nonmetallic workpieces for the Aerospace Industry by performing the following duties.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret process plans, and blueprints to determine necessary machining, dimensional specifications, set up, and operating requirements.Ability to edit and troubleshoot programs for process improvements.Utilizes various types of inspection instruments to check work per print.Completes necessary job-related paperwork to include part identification, inspection documents, and production log.Perform basic equipment maintenance: proper coolant levels, filters, fan operation, cleans machine, etc.Education and ExperienceCertified Training - ISO 9001 & AS9100Certified Training - ASME Y14.5 GD&T Standards.5 Years - Setup and Operating Horizontal Machining Centers5 Years - Precision CNC MachiningExperience with Fanuc ControlsPhysical Job RequirementsRegularly required to stand and reach the duration of shift, 8 hours.Occasionally required to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend.Frequently required to perform repetitive or short-cycles work.Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.Strong work ethic: Willing to work OT to meet tight deadlines as needed.Understands and observes all necessary safety procedures: safety glasses, shoes, ear protection, machine interlocks, lifting guidelines, etc. as designated in specific work area assigned.BenefitsPaid vacation and holidaysMedical, Dental, & Vision PlansShort and Long Term Disability Plans401(k) Retirement Plan with strong employer matchCompany paid life insurance & AD&DPartial tuition reimbursement for job relation classesPPE reimbursementYour specific benefits package will depend on your position, location, and years of service with Prince.This position is not limited to the description; we will consider individuals that are over or under qualified if you show the willingness to work with the team and learn new skills and concepts.
