In this role, you'll set up, program, and operate CNC grinding equipment to manufacture precision parts that meet exact customer specifications. If you enjoy working with blueprints, precision measuring tools, and high-quality manufacturing processes, we'd like to hear from you.What You'll DoSet up, program, and operate CNC grinding machinesRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructionsWrite and edit CNC programs using G-Code, Mastercam, or manufacturer-specific programmingSelect the proper grinding wheels, tooling, and fixtures for each jobInspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment including: micrometers, calipers, comparators, CMM equipment, and additional inspection toolsVerify all parts meet blueprint specifications and quality standardsComplete required production documentation including SPC charts, inspection reports, route sheets, and quality recordsMonitor production flow, quality, and machine performance throughout each jobAssist operators and trainees with machine setup, troubleshooting, and best practicesPerform basic machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and support continuous improvement initiativesWhat We're Looking ForExperience operating or setting up CNC grinding machines or other CNC machining equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsKnowledge of grinding processes, tooling selection, and machining operationsExperience using precision measuring instrumentsFamiliarity with G-Code, Mastercam, or CNC programming is preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workGood communication and teamwork skillsCommitment to workplace safetyEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrevious CNC machining, CNC grinding, manufacturing, or precision machining experience preferredPhysical RequirementsLift up to 50 pounds occasionallyStand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shiftWork in a climate-controlled manufacturing environmentMaintain close attention to detail while operating machinery and inspecting finished productsWhy Join Our Team?Competitive starting pay of $18.00/hour or higher based on experienceFull-time, stable manufacturing careerMultiple shifts availableClimate-controlled facilityOpportunities for training, continuing education, and career advancementWork with advanced CNC equipment and precision manufacturing processesApply today to become part of a team committed to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
