Job Title: CNC Machinist
Location: Solon, Ohio
Experience Required: 2 - 15 years

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, and operate CNC Mills, Lathes, and/or Grinders to meet production requirements.
- Perform first-piece runs to ensure outputs meet exact specifications.
- Program and operate CNC machines for tasks like drilling, grinding, milling, and turning.
Quality Assurance
- Maintain tight tolerances and inspect work at all stages of production.
- Use precision instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify finished products meet specifications.
Blueprint Reading & Problem Solving
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and documentation to guide machining processes.
- Monitor machines during operations, troubleshooting, and adjusting for optimal performance.
Maintenance & Safety
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure machines run efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Holder.
- Proven experience setting up and operating CNC machines with a strong understanding of machining processes.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in precision measuring tools and maintaining tight tolerances.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to make necessary adjustments for machine optimization.
- Demonstrated long work tenures (no frequent job changes).
