Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide personalized care with kindness, respect, and dignity.
- Foster a safe and socially engaging environment.
- Monitor and document resident health and well-being.
- Support residents' emotional and physical health through compassionate care.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Valid CNA certification in Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent
- COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to comply with requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for working in rehabilitation , long-term care , or skilled nursing facilities
