Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Memory Care

Strawberry Point Lutheran Home is looking for a dedicated CNA to join our Memory Care Manor , a 16-bed unit specializing in care for residents with dementia. In this role, you will provide compassionate care in a secure environment, helping residents engage in activities that support their well-being and quality of life.
This is a full-time second shift position , perfect for CNAs who thrive in a supportive team environment and enjoy working independently.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay: $18.00–$19.50

Schedule
Shifts: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (36 hours/week)
Holidays: Rotating coverage required
Weekends: Every other weekend
Requirements
Current CNA certificate in Iowa
Experience in memory care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to resident needs
