About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a supportive and resident-focused care team. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care aligned with individualized care plans
  • Support residents with daily living activities while promoting independence

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, following infection control and safety protocols
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members
  • Assist in onboarding and supporting new staff members
  • Provide attentive care for residents with dementia, ensuring dignity and individualized support
What We're Looking For
  • Completion of an approved Nurse Aide training program (or willingness to complete within a specified timeframe)
  • Active CNA certification (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centered care
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
