About the Role:
nJoin our compassionate team at Central Arkansas Assisted Living Community as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). In this rewarding role, you will provide essential support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a nurturing environment.
nResponsibilities:
nAssist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
nMonitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to nursing staff.
nProvide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life.
nHelp with mobility and movement, ensuring safety and comfort.
nMaintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
nParticipate in team meetings and contribute to care planning.
nEngage residents in recreational activities to promote social interaction.
nRequirements:
nCurrent CNA certification in the state of Arkansas.
nPrevious experience in assisted living or healthcare preferred.
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
nAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
nCompassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
nBasic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
nWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
nBackground check and drug screening required.
