Base pay range

$24.10/hr - $24.80/hr

Certification & Licensure

• Home Health Aide (HHA) and Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
• Valid Driver's License (DL)
• Auto Insurance

Work Schedule

• Weekend Requirements: Yes, every other weekend
• On Call: No
• Floating: Yes, HHA will provide home care services at participants' houses

Job Responsibilities

The role involves performing routine patient care, support, and related non-professional household services necessary to meet the hygiene, activities of daily living, and comfort needs of homebound patients. This is done in accordance with the legal scope of practice and within established standards of care, policies, and procedures.

The position requires integrating education, technical competence, and patient interaction skills to gain confidence and cooperation from patients, their family/support groups, and other healthcare providers. Sound judgment and developed clinical skills are essential to support the patient\'s plan of care based on their diagnosis in a timely manner.

Adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures is required to ensure privacy and safety, helping deliver optimal patient care. The role may also involve performing specific procedures and/or teaching duties.
