Base pay range

$24.10/hr - $24.80/hr

Certification & Licensure

• HHA-Home Health Aide AND CNA required
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
• Valid Driver's License
• Auto Insurance

Weekend and On Call Requirements

• Weekend requirements: Yes, every other weekend.
• On call: No
• Floating to other units or campuses: Yes, HHA will provide home care services to participants' houses.

Job Responsibilities

Perform routine patient care, support, and related non-professional household services necessary to meet the hygiene, activities of daily living, and comfort needs of the home‑bound patient. This should be done in accordance with the legal scope of practice and within established standards of care, policies, and procedures.

Integrate education, technical competence, and patient interaction skills to gain confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other healthcare providers. Exercise sound judgment and developed clinical skills to support the patient's plan of care based on the diagnosis in a timely manner.

Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety, helping to deliver optimal patient care. May also be responsible for performing specific procedures and/or teaching duties.
