Senior Community Care, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), is seeking a compassionate CNA to support seniors in maintaining independence and quality of life. In this on-site role, you will provide hands-on personal care, assist with mobility and activities of daily living, and closely observe and report changes in participants’ conditions. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll help carry out individualized care plans, support restorative and social activities, and uphold high standards of safety, infection control, and dignity.
