Home Health of Western Colorado is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes across Western Colorado. The CNA will assist with personal care, mobility, bathing, dressing, toileting, and safe transfers, as well as vital signs, simple treatments, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. Working closely with an RN and interdisciplinary team, this role supports care plans, observes and reports patient changes, and helps patients maintain independence, comfort, and safety while upholding patient-centered, professional, and community-focused values.
