CNA - LTC/SNF

n Job Summary:n
n Seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA to provide quality patient care in a long-term care setting. This position requires a flexible and reliable individual to support residents’ daily needs and promote a safe, comfortable environment.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.n
• n Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to clinical staff.n
• n Follow all infection control and safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.n
• n Support residents in mobility and transfer procedures to ensure safety.n
• n Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in compliance with facility protocols.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Valid CNA certification and state licensure required.n
• n Proven experience working in LTC/SNF environments preferred.n
• n Ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and effective communication skills.n
• n Must have reliable transportation and ability to work scheduled shifts.n
• n Must adhere to agency COVID-19 vaccination policies or provide valid exemptions.n
