Job Summary:
Provide direct patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being through compassionate and efficient clinical support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and report patient conditions to nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients.
- Follow all facility protocols and safety guidelines, including badge and identification requirements.
- Adhere to vaccination and exemption policies as mandated by law or facility regulations.
- Valid CNA certification in the state of practice.
- Proven experience working with elderly or long-term care patients preferred.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols accurately.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends.
- Comply with all vaccination requirements or approved exemptions.
