CNA - LTC/SNF

n Job Summary:n
n Provide essential patient care in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility environment as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Support clinical staff by assisting with daily activities, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining safety standards.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.n
• n Monitor and report patient conditions to nursing staff.n
• n Maintain clean and safe patient environments following infection control protocols.n
• n Support medication administration and documentation as directed by nurses.n
• n Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety regulations.n
• n Wear identification badges and adhere to all required health and safety measures.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Current CNA certification and active license.n
• n Ability to work every other weekend and fulfill contract commitments.n
• n Must provide a valid state or federal issued ID and comply with vaccination requirements.n
• n Strong interpersonal and communication skills.n
• n Ability to follow directions precisely and demonstrate compassion in patient care.n
