n Job Summary:n
n Provide essential patient care and support in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities as a certified CNA. Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and well-being through compassionate and attentive service.n
n Responsibilities:n
n- n Perform basic nursing tasks, including assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding residents.n
- n Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.n
- n Maintain a safe and clean environment by following infection control procedures.n
- n Document care provided and observe residents for any unusual symptoms or behaviors.n
- n Support mobility needs, including turning and repositioning residents to prevent pressure injuries.n
- n Comply with facility policies regarding identification and badge requirements, and adhere to vaccination and exemption policies.n
n Qualifications:n
n- n Valid CNA certification and state or federal licensing.n
- n Successful completion of required COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation.n
- n Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.n
