1:1 Aide Position
This position requires a flexible schedule based on the needs of the facility. Shift hours are from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM.
Job Description
An aide is required to provide 1:1 support for a current resident. This position follows a PRN (as needed) block schedule, which necessitates compliance with the schedule established by the facility. Aides must be adaptable and prioritize the needs of the residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and assistance to the resident on a one-on-one basis.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
- Monitor and report any changes in the resident's condition.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Prior experience in a caregiving or healthcare support role is preferred but not mandatory. Specific certifications will be discussed during the hiring process.
