MTK Healthcare Inc. is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) contract assignment in Lake Isabella, California.
Position Summary
The CNA provides direct and indirect resident care under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). The role includes assisting residents with daily living activities, providing personal care and comfort, and helping maintain a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect resident care under the direction of an RN or LVN.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide personal care and comfort to residents.
• Help maintain a safe and clean resident environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and members of the healthcare team.
• Follow established care instructions and facility procedures.
• Maintain professional and respectful interactions with residents, staff, and the public.
• Perform basic computer-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Current California CNA Certificate required.
• Current AHA BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Assignment Details

• 13-week contract
• Day shift
• 36 hours per week
• No holiday coverage required
• No on-call requirement
