About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Requirements:

Current Texas CNA certification is required.

Previous experience in home health or hospice care preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Reliable transportation, current auto insurance and a valid driver's license.

Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
