- Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or have Home Health Aide Certificate (HHA). Current CNA/HHA certification is accepted.
- Must complete a Level II background check prior to training.
- Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care.
