- Part Time: 3rd shifts available

Department: Memory Care
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, eating, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with transportation and direction to and from meals and activities
- Adhere to safety and infection control policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ensure safety interventions are functioning and in accordance with individual care plans
- Communicate effectively with all team members
- Ability to read, follow, observe, and report patient plan of care
- Assist with collecting assessment data and care planning to meet resident needs
- Attend meetings as required
- Report to the Charge Nurse on duty
- Perform other tasks as required
Preferred License or Certification: CNA
Must be able to meet pre-employment requirements including a physical, drug screen and background check to be eligible for employment.

Skilled Nursing Hours: 630a-645p and 630p-645a
Memory Support Aide Hours: 630a-645p, 630p-1030p, and 630p-645a
Assisted Living Aide Hours: 630a-645p, and 630p-645a
