As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Belaire Health Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and vital signs
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing excellence in patient care
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to our residents
- Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of North Carolina
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0 years of experience as a CNA preferred
