Provides direct and indirect resident care activities under the direction of an RN or LPN.
- Assists resident with activities of daily living, provides for personal care, comfort, and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assignee group of residents.
- Directly responsible to the Director of Nursing;
- Also responsible to nursing staff on duty (RN’s, LPN’s, MDS Coordinator, and Nursing Supervisor).
- Daily contact with co-workers and other hospital personnel, medical staff, residents, and visitors.
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
