- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with feeding, toileting, and ambulating patients
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
- Participate in shift report to ensure seamless communication with colleagues
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements:
- Current CNA certification
