What You’ll Do:
As a CNA, you will provide essential care and support to our residents by:
- Assisting with daily activities and basic nursing care
- Supporting residents with feeding, mobility, hygiene, and comfort
- Reporting any changes in resident condition to the charge nurse
- Helping with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Promoting resident dignity, safety, and satisfaction
- Collaborating with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to support overall care
What We’re Looking For:
- Current CNA certification and registration with the Florida Department of Health
- Completion of a state-approved nurse aide training program
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for working with geriatric and general patient populations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
