At our 57-bed skilled nursing facility, we believe our CNAs provide the best care when they have the support they need. That's why we staff:

• Day Shift: 7 CNAs
• Afternoon Shift: 6 CNAs
• Midnight Shift: 4 CNAs

With consistent staffing, you'll have manageable assignments, teamwork, and more time to provide quality care-not just complete tasks.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Shift
Canton Christian Home is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on the 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM shift. If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of seniors, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide quality resident care while promoting dignity and independence.
Answer resident call lights promptly.
Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility needs.
Take and record vital signs as assigned.
Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Ensure resident rooms and common areas remain clean and safe.
Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members to provide excellent care.
Qualifications:
Current Ohio CNA certification in good standing.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
