CMM Programmer

CMM ProgrammerWe are seeking a highly skilled CMM Programmer with hands-on experience in the gas turbine and/or aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and executing inspection programs to ensure precision measurement and compliance with strict aerospace quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, edit, and optimize CMM programs using software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or MCOSMOS.Perform inspections of complex components such as turbine blades, vanes, rotors, stators, casings, and precision aerospace parts.Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and CAD models.Conduct first article inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 standards.Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to resolve dimensional and process issues.Analyze inspection data and generate detailed reports using statistical tools.Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO standards, and aerospace quality requirements.Maintain calibration and proper functioning of CMM equipment.Troubleshoot programming or measurement discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing inspection efficiency and accuracy.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of hands-on experience as a CMM Programmer in aerospace or gas turbine manufacturing.Strong expertise in CMM programming software (PC-DMIS, Calypso, etc.).In-depth understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading.Experience in inspecting tight-tolerance, high-precision components.Familiarity with superalloys, titanium, and composites.Knowledge of AS9100 / AS9102 standards and aerospace quality systems.Kaleidoscope, an Infosys Company, is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, spouse of protected veteran, or disability.
