If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we're eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:What You Will Do:Write new CMM programs and refine existing ones (offline), primarily using Cameo and related metrology softwareDevelop high-precision inspection strategies for complex aerospace componentsSet up and execute blue-light / structured-light scanning workflowsTroubleshoot programming issues, scanning challenges, fixture setups, and optimize inspection flowCreate and maintain inspection documentation, process sheets, and operator work instructionsInterface with manufacturing, engineering, and quality/inspection teamsPerform inspections on first article, prototype, and production partsValidate programs, analyze dimensional data, and generate reports using Zeiss Inspect and GOMEnhance existing CMM and optical scanning programs to improve accuracy and efficiencyWhat You Will Bring:Hands-on experience with blue-light / structured-light optical scanning systemsWorking knowledge of Cameo CMM systems and Zeiss Inspect or GOM softwareExperience inspecting complex aerospace parts (engine components, turbine hardware, or other tight-tolerance assemblies)Proficiency with CMM programming in Cameo or equivalent platformsStrong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and dimensional inspection principlesFamiliarity with CAD/CAM or model-based definition is a plusStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering and manufacturing teamsPay Range: $75,000 - $105,000 a yearCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Columbus, GA.

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
