CMM PROGRAMMER / QUALITY INSPECTOR
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Create CMM inspection routines to verify product conformance

• Extremely proficient in CMM programming utilizing PC-Dmis software
• Able to program on-line & off-line
• Advanced knowledge of GD&T and how it is applied when creating CMM programs
• 5+ years experience in CMM inspection (preferably aerospace)
• Able to perform AS9102 first article inspection to verify part conformance
• Able to understand and interpret customer drawings and specifications
• Experience w/ DCC automated CMM's (Brown & Sharpe Global)
• Advanced knowledge of MBD software and utilizing CAD models for CMM inspection (Catia V5, Enovia, PC-Dmis)
• Experience using portable CMM (Romer Arm with RSX laser scanner utilizing PC-Dmis software)
• Able to generate non-conformance reports based on inspection results
• Able to interpret CMM inspection reports and communicate findings effectively
• Well versed in quality inspection and use of hand tools (calipers, micrometers, height gage, etc...)
• Strong attention to detail
• File management and organizational skills required
• 5+ years experience in aerospace machine shop required
• Must be able to perform in a team setting
• Self motivated and strong work ethic
