Precision Manufacturing Opportunity We're seeking an experienced CMM Programmer / Operator to support a high-precision toolroom environment. This position will develop and run CMM inspection programs, inspect complex components, and ensure parts meet engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and tight tolerances down to ±0.0001 inch.What You'll Be DoingProgram and operate Zeiss CMM equipment using PC-DMIS and Calypso.Inspect machined parts, tooling, fixtures, gauges, and sheet metal components.Interpret blueprints, GD&T, dimensions, tolerances, and technical specifications.Verify true position, profile, flatness, perpendicularity, hole locations, diameters, and other critical features.Create, validate, troubleshoot, and improve CMM programs.Maintain probe calibration and qualification routines.Perform surface-plate and bench inspections as needed.Work with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve inspection and dimensional issues.Identify nonconforming material and support continuous quality improvement.What We're Looking For5+ years of CMM programming experienceStrong experience with Zeiss CMM machinesProficiency with PC-DMIS and CalypsoAdvanced understanding of GD&TExperience inspecting tight-tolerance machined componentsStrong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skillsKnowledge of precision measurement tools and inspection methodsStrong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skillsPreferred:Technical degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on experienceToolroom or precision manufacturing backgroundExperience with Keyence VR-5000 Series measurement systemsFamiliarity with Lean manufacturing practicesWhy Join Us?Full-time, stable opportunityAdvanced precision inspection environmentHands-on CMM programming workCollaboration with engineering and manufacturing teamsOpportunities for continued technical growth
