Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated project plans for one or more products
- Coordinate with technical leads on meetings, progress updates, and activity prioritization
- Build and maintain relationships with external CDMOs and contract manufacturers
- Prepare project documentation including meeting minutes, decision registers, and risk tracking
- Support budget development, long-range forecasting, and vendor contract management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field
- 2-5 years biopharmaceutical industry experience
- Minimum 1 year project management experience
- Prior experience managing CDMOs and external technology transfers
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of large and/or small molecule development
