Part-Time CMA / Phlebotomy Instructor
We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and passionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team as a Phlebotomy/CMA Instructor .
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working as a CMA , an active CMA certification , and be confident in teaching phlebotomy skills, including proper blood draw techniques, safety, infection control, and patient care.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience as a CMA
* Must have an active CMA certification/license in good standing
* Confident and experienced in phlebotomy
* Passionate about teaching and helping others succeed in the healthcare field
* Patient, encouraging, and able to work with students from all backgrounds and learning styles
* Strong communication and people skills
* Dependable, organized, and able to manage a classroom effectively
* Willing to provide hands-on instruction and support students as they build their skills
* Previous teaching or training experience is preferred, but not required
